Suggested Use

Adults and children from 12 years of age: 4 sprays daily, taken together or separately.
On first use, press the pump 3 times until the liquid begins to be expelled. Shake before use. Carefully spray into the mouth, preferably onto the inside of the cheeks, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
The bottle contains enough for 32 daily doses (4 sprays per day).
