We are receptive to our inclinations, which is why we have developed a safe and convenient procedure in case you decide to withdraw from the sale-purchase agreement. We would like to inform you that the Customer may withdraw from an agreement without explaining the reason, within 14 days of purchasing the products. However, if possible, please indicate why you are giving up the product to help us improve the quality of our services.
Goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer (for example, open products or other goods which come into direct contact with the skin) are stipulated in the right of return, stipulated in art. 16 lit. and DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011
Conditions to be observed:
- In order to be able to return the full amount, the products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
- Please do not send the package with cash on delivery, as we will not accept it.
- SuplimenteOriginale.ro does not support and does not refund delivery costs.
- Delivery costs (Turn / Return) are outsourced services to collaborating courier companies.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement within the above-mentioned time limit and your request will be considered and you will be informed of the store's decision. It is necessary to send the pictures of the products for which you request the return (also contain the information related to the product: batch code, barcode). The return of the products is made by courier, requested by the customer in order to be able to track the package until the moment of receipt.
Shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. (in accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014)
If there is any problem with your product, please contact us by phone or email immediately. Our team will solve any problem related exclusively to the products marketed on the SuplimenteOriginale.ro website. Possible problems: wrong product, incomplete order, damaged transport product, etc. For such conditions, we are committed to resolving the situation at no additional cost to the client.
Once you have delivered the package to the courier in compliance with all the provisions mentioned above and you have received proof of shipment, you can contact us to start the refund process. The money is to be reimbursed according to the terms provided by the legislation - 14 working days.
The refund method depends on the payment method you have chosen.
In the case of payment through the online payment platform, the refund will also be made through this procedure directly to your account.
In the case of cash on delivery, you will need to provide bank details for the refund, namely IBAN (24 characters) and the SWIFT code through which the money will be returned to the account.

If a product is returned by the courier because the delivery or collection from the courier's warehouse was not successful, we reserve the right to withhold the value of the shipping fee (14.9 Ron) and the value of the return fee (14.9 Ron).
