🚚 Delivery Information
At SuplimenteOriginale.ro, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and at fair costs. Below you will find all the details regarding delivery options, fees and estimated times.
1. What delivery options are available?
Express Courier Delivery, with two options:
- Home delivery (door-to-door)
The courier will deliver your package directly to the address specified in your order.
- Delivery to a locker – self-service pickup point:
- Easybox (Sameday)
- FanBox (Fan Courier)
You will receive an SMS and/or email with your pickup code as soon as the package arrives in the locker.
Payment at the courier / locker – at the moment of receiving or picking up the package:
- CASH
- BANK CARD – Contactless / Mobile POS (where available at the courier)
2. Shipping Costs
- FREE SHIPPING for orders above 200 lei, regardless of whether you choose home delivery or locker pickup, and regardless of the payment method.
- For orders below 200 lei, the shipping cost is:
- 15 lei for orders with cash on delivery (COD) – to home or locker.
(includes a 5 lei processing fee for COD payments)
- 10 lei for orders paid online by card – to home or locker.
All products from SuplimenteOriginale.ro are delivered by our express courier partners, throughout the entire country, with no extra charge for remote areas.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
In most cases, delivery is fast, as follows:
- ⏱️ 24 hours – for orders placed before 14:00, Monday to Friday.
- ⏱️ 48 hours – for orders placed after 14:00, Monday to Friday.
- ⏱️ up to 72 hours – for more remote or difficult-to-access areas.
- 📦 Orders placed on Friday after 14:00 will be shipped on Monday and delivered within approximately 24–72 hours, depending on the area.
The above delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods (holidays, Black Friday, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
4. Home Delivery
The delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of placing your order. Please make sure that all contact details and the address are correct and complete, in order to avoid delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.
5. Packaging & Product Integrity
- All products are delivered in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- The package is sealed to ensure product safety and integrity.
6. Failed Delivery / Rescheduling
If you are notified that delivery to the specified address could not be completed (e.g., you were unavailable, the phone was unreachable, etc.), it is your responsibility to use the information received from the courier to:
- schedule a new delivery date or
- pick up the package personally from the courier’s office/depot (if applicable).
We recommend monitoring SMS / courier calls on the delivery day, in order to avoid having the package returned and being charged additional transport fees.
