Va recomandam timp de 1-4 saptamani doua suplimente alimentare care va vor ajuta sa va reveniti din starile descrise de dumneavoastra: 5HTP si Orotat de Litiu, din fiecare cate o capsula dimineata, la pranz si seara. Produsele le gasiti pe site.

Pentru depresie si tulburare obsesiv compulsiva va recomandam 5 Htp. Acesta ests un supliment alimentar care reduce efectele nivelului redus de serotonina din organism, principala cauza de depresie. Când nivelul de serotonină este redus din diferite cauze, cum ar fi stresul cotidian, un mod de viață sedentar, o alimentatie necorespunzătoare, ca și alte aspecte tipice vieții cotidiene din ziua de azi, atunci apar modificări de comportament precum cele descrise anterior, simptome care definesc sindromul depresiv sau altfel spus tulburarea depresivă 5 Htp se asociaza cu melatonin pentru un somn odihnitor. Multa sanatate!
