Suggested Use

Adults: 4 sprays daily, taken together or separately.
Children from 3 years of age: 2 sprays daily, taken together or separately.
When using for the first time, press the pump 3 times until the liquid begins to be expelled. Shake before use. Carefully activate the pump in the mouth, preferably on the inside of the cheeks, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Use the product within 6 months of first use.
