Produs excelent! Brand de incredere care utilizeaza ingrediente de o calitate superioara. Functioneaza cum a fost intentionat, usureaza efortul inimii in timpul antrenamentelor fie cardio fie forta prin ajutarea crearii de oxid nitric.
Pentru mine o jumatate de doza este suficienta desi fac antrenamente de forta foarte des (poate 1, 2 ori pe saptamana), mai mult cardio. Pentru culturism, din cate am inteles doza ar fii de 4-10 capsule inainte de antrenament in cazul in care nu sunteti deficitari din punct de vedere a nutritiei. Cu siguranta voi mai achizitiona acest produs sau variatii a lui (pudra sau combinatii diferite ex.: arginina citrullina, arginina ornothina lizina, arginina citrullina). Alimentatia trebuie sa vina inaintea suplimentelor, nu uitati.
Marile probleme apar cand se incearca o compensare cu suplimente pentru o alimentatie deficitara. Va doresc o zii buna.
