Am inceput sa iau de cateva zile si rezultatele sunt excelente. Voi continua sa monitorizez situatia, insa acesta este primul supliment care chiar da rezultate vizibile si ma face sa cred ca probleme de digestie cu care ma confrunt de 2 ani se trag de la prea putin acid gastric.

Folosesc acest supliment Betaine HCL de multi ani si imi prinde foarte bine la digestie. Am optat pentru el, deoarece este vegetarian/vegan si e facut mult mai curat decat cel nevegetarian. Practic are 2 componente, unul facut din sfecla iar celalat facut din orez fermentat. Foarte efectiv. Il recomand pentru cei cu digestie slaba.
