...inca nu pot sa comentez despre acest produs pentru ca tocmai ce l am achizitionat , doar despre Magneziu Malate in general , are efect in timp asupra odihnei si a relaxarii , mai ales luat inainte de somn cu jumate de ora ,
il folosesc si pentru efort fizic fiind sportiv de performanta de 35 de ani , deci pot spune ca are efect sigur !!!
