Folosesc acest produs de cel puțin 1 an. Iau o capsulă dimineața și una seara sau uneori, dacă știu că mă așteaptă o zi stresantă, iau 2 capsule dimineața. La 2 capsule o dată chiar se simte efectul, sunt mai calmă în situațiile care pe alții îi enervează, dar efectele dispar spre mijlocul zilei. Per ansamblu, merită încercat. Produsele se livrează întotdeauna rapid, deseori se predau la curier încă din ziua plasării comenzii, iar termenele de valabilitate sunt în general mai îndelungate decât cele afișate pe site.
