Macula PF, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin from Jarrow Formulas is a supplement specially formulated to support eye health, especially the macula – the central area of the retina responsible for fine visual acuity, detail perception and color vision. The formula combines essential carotenoids for macular protection – lutein, zeaxanthin, meso-zeaxanthin and RR-zeaxanthin – together with astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant, to create a nutritional “shield” against oxidative stress and intense blue light.

 

Each serving provides 20 mg lutein (Lutemax® 2020, extracted from marigold petals – Tagetes erecta), 13 mg zeaxanthin, 10 mg meso-zeaxanthin, 3 mg RR-zeaxanthin and 4 mg astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis).
