Borage is a cold-pressed, hexane-free, stabilized oil from the seeds of borage (Borago officinalis). Borage oil is the highest source of GLA available. GLA is an important omega-6 fatty acid required for the production of beneficial prostaglandins (hormone-like compounds) that play an important role in promoting skin health and immune function.
