In doza de 500mg
are efecte colaterale intense: vasodilatatie periferica puternica, pielea se incalzeste si se inroseste pe tot corpul inclusiv fata, ca dupa expunere indelungata la soare se simt intepaturi puternice la nivelul pielii. Fenomenele dureaza ore. Am citit apoi pe wikipedia ca aceste fenomene apar daca doza este mai mare de 30mg. De ce se vinde in doze de 500mg atunci??

500 mg nu este supradoza. Daca luati pentru reducere colesterol, aceasta este doza recomandata.
La inceputul curei pot aparea bufeuri, scaderea tensiunii si ameteli. Evitati dusurile fierbinti dupa administrarea dozei.
Pentru a evita efectele adverse, puteti incepe cu doze mici sau puteti face un pretatament cu acid acetilsalicilic.
