Suggested Use
Children aged 1 to 3 years – one spray per day delivers 400 IU of vitamin D or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
There is no need to take it with food or water; it can be taken at any time of day and combined with the other oral sprays in the BetterYou range.
When using for the first time, press the pump 3 times until the liquid begins to be expelled. Shake before use. Carefully activate the pump in the mouth, preferably on the inside of the cheeks, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Use the product within 6 months of first use.
