These qualities may help reduce the effects of arthritis, according to research studies. 
In addition, the amino acids contained in noni may help boost the immune system. Noni contains 17 amino acids including serine, arginine and methionine.

In 2003 researchers discovered that noni is able to inhibit the formation of new cancerous blood vessels in human tissues, and higher concentrations are even able to cause the destruction of cancer-degraded blood vessels and apoptosis (cancer cell death). As such, eating noni in controlled amounts is beneficial to the body.
