buna, de aprox 3 luni ma confrunt cu urmatoarele:
-devin nervos la plansul bebelusului.
-nu pot sa dorm noaptea, orice zgomot ma deranjeaza
-transpir mult si des in urma unor ingrijorari si temeri care imi vin in minte
-am ajuns sa ma simt obosit si slabit in trup.
-ma stresez foarte usor.
-teama de a nu mai putea lucra.
-remuscari cu privire la starea prezenta
-stresat la fiecare imbolnavire a copilului, poate chiar panicat.
-Nu stiu ce sa mai ma fac cu transpiratia asta din cauza acestor temeri si ingrijorari...

5 Htp va poate ajuta sa scapati de aceste stari. Se recomanda administrarea a doua capsule pe zi, dimineata si seara. Pentru un somn linistitor si odihnitor capsula de seara se recomanda a se administra impreuna cu Melatonina.

Buna ziua.. de un an de zile ma confrunt cu anxietatea/atacuri de panica. Am dureri de cap,oculare, simt o presiune in piept și toate bătăile inimii. De un an iau tratament prescris de medicul psihiatru și pot spune ca sunt mai Ok,dar nu in totalitate. Nu am probleme cu somnul,doar ca ma simt f epuizata și as dormi și sta in pat tit timpul. Credeți ca as putea sa iau 5HTP impreuna cu tratamentul recomandat de medic?

5 HTP se poate lua in caz de atacuri de panica si anxietate. Va ajuta la normalizarea nivelului de serotonina din organism.

5 htp functioneaza foarte bine pentru energie dar combinat cu melatonina poti sa ai energie ziua si somn linistit noaptea. Ambalat foarte bine si a ajuns repede.Multumesc!

Se combina cu GABA (este un neuro-transmitator care reduce activitate celulelor nervoase din sist. nervos) pentru somn conform cercetarilor medicale (puteti cauta), nu cu Melatonina!
Reduce inclusiv depresia, anxietatea si panica.
Eu le.am comandat pe ambele pt insomnie.
