As a dietary supplement, take one vegetable capsule daily with water on an empty stomach at least two hours before or after a meal. For maximum benefit, take one vegetable capsule twice daily.

ReplyTimp de 1.5 luni hematomul si a pastrat dimensiunea (2cm x 4cm)
Dupa 8 zile de serazzimes si nattokinase si a redus dimensiunea cu 50%.
Serazimes am luat unul la 2 zile cu 2 ore inainte de masa dimineata.
Nattokinase 2000ui am luat una pe zi in fiecare seara.
P.s. postul negru cu apa este si proteolitic.
