Iau Inositol caps de 2 luni si jumatate si sunt f multumita. Este util pentru problemele mele de sanatate . Simt o imbunatatire in miscari, nu mai am dureri de articulatii si din interior simt o suplete. Nu mai sunt balonata si nu mai am foamea care o aveam. O sa fac un set de analize dupa 6 luni sa verific colesterolul si glicemia. Am facut analize imediat dupa ce am inceput sa iau aceste capsule si sunt curioasa ce valori vor avea analizele . Revin cu precizari. Eu zic sa incercati daca doriti o imbunatarire a starii de sanatate.Ma bucur ca am gasit un astfel de supliment care isi arata efectele benefice la scurt timp dupa administrare.
